Keep the team small and simple is our top philosophy. So we will do as following:

  1. Attitude is everything: we don’t like to work with lazy people.
  2. Everybody here is important of the company.
  3. We are fond of being entrepreneurs. We don’t like working for big companies.
  4. We want to work in a simple team , No “office Politics“.

1. Website Architecture

  • Design architecture of the website
  • Provide structure support  for all of the features
  • Analyze the bottleneck of the structure and break it.

2. Database

  • Create and maintain database. Keep the data stream stable
  • Create database monitor and restore system
  • Continuously refine performance of the database

3. Testing

  • Test web site to ensure that all aspects of the site functions properly such as images, text, form elements, link work.
  • Browser Compatibility Testing
    Test web sites to ensure that is compatible with different browser.
  • Localized Testing
    Automate localization testing of the web sites to test multi-language deployments of the applications without re-recording.
  • Stress Testing
    Test  Web Sites to determine the system’s breaking point based on predefined failure criteria.
  • Load Testing
    Test  Web Sites to ensure that is capable of handling a predetermined peak load.
  • Regression Testing
    Test Web Sites/Web Service to ensure that it is still working between builds or releases.

4. Data mining and Algorithm

  • Data mining and analyze support on that part of data
  • Continuously refine algorithm to get the better preformance
