分别 （2011年1月 － 2011年3月）
不得不承认，在研发GuruDigger这个产品上面 ，我们还是走了很多弯路。我想每个人都不会特意去走弯路，很多时候，你只是想把这件事情做好。Keep it Simple Stupid，虽然人人都懂，但是真的做得时候，一些功能就好像你自己身上的肉，难以割舍。所以在GuruDigger产品第一季设计草图上面，你可以看到当今市面上所有SNS主流功能的身影。为此，我们花费了两个月。
接下来的三个月，我们完成了第一个版本，但是大家都对于产品不是太满意，一堆又一堆“食之无味，弃之可惜”的功能。那个时候，我们看着自己的作品，仿佛脑子突然清醒了许多，再干三个月，就全身心铺在Guru Rank上面，三个月后，挑了2011.12.25 这个黄道吉日，我们上线了！
+ Full今天是小年夜，我现在在吴江路的星巴克，面朝墙壁写GuruDigger 2011 年的总结。有些事情真的很有意思，去年的这个时候，也是小年夜，我也是一个人在同样的地方写GuruDigger 2010年的小结。至于为什么在小年夜还那么拼，因为我要争取在农历新的一年到来之前，完成这篇文章。对于自己，对于支持自己的兄弟朋友们有个交代。同时，这也算对于所有支持GuruDigger的朋友们的新年礼物吧！
我为什么要面壁？因为，这家店的美女太多，我怕我会分心。好吧，我承认，去年的这个时候，我分心了。
小结通常的开场白，应该是“2011年是对于我们来说是一个非常重要，但又是非常困难的一年，在这一年里面我们取得了重大的进步。。。”写到这里，我想我们很难套用这句话。在2011年，GuruDigger，如果纯粹从数据上来说，我们应该没有什么发展，现在我们每天也就几百个访问，2500名注册用户，这些对于那些动辄”几百万用户”的产品来说，我们都可能不及他们一天僵尸账户的数量。现在的团队，全职也只有我－这个没钱的蔡老板，以及博客在Google“尝试搭讪”关键词搜索排名第一的机械唯物主义。

上次说到了Haidinote最后一个关卡点-小杨生煎点犯了一个巨大的错误。在这个关卡点之前，Haidinote一直是领先的，我当时负责的是强力日记团队的裁判工作。当我电话Haidinote的裁判- linjunhalida, 询问他们是否已经到终点的时候，电话那头传来，“我们现在正在去延长路的地铁上。”，我脑子一愣，我最后一个关卡点上面不是明明写了吴江路小杨生煎吗，怎么去延长路了？延长路离吴江路有5-6公里。后来知道，原来他们搜索到，吴江路的小杨生煎已经拆掉了，然后不知道怎么查到搬到吴江路去了。。。（事实情况确实是，确实老的小杨生煎被拆掉了，但是在吴江路又开了一家新店），就这样，一个小疏忽，失去了之前积累的那么多的优势；不过，创业是有些时候，不也是这样吗？
再回到Haidinote，团队Leader – Yinwm 来自于天津，现在在北京创业，说话的口音能够在天津话和北京话之间无缝切换～当然，给我印象最深的是那著名的”4km之内，绝对是需要走路“，yinwm之前创过业，所以，我觉得四个人当中，他是最有创业精神的。团队的另外一名成员-wgx731来自新加坡，其实他是地道的武汉人，高中毕业之后去了新加坡读大学。四个人当中，他的年纪最小，所以Haidinote更像那种3/7开的团队，Yinwm是核心，wgx731 是一个很好的助手。
+ FullBurning Guru Fuel 第一季活动就这样，已经结束一个月了（关于Burning Guru Fuel第一季内容可见这里）。一直想写一篇对于这四天发生的事情的个人感触，但忙于各种乱七八糟的事情，拖到今天，Burning Guru Fuel第二季已经开始筹划了，觉得再不写下来，真的愧对于那些天发生的那么多快乐的事情。
那就从来自广州的强力日记团队的Jeff和CnGump开始说起吧。他们入选的理由是获得最多的Guru Fuel。其实他们不是在上一轮获得最多Guru Fuel的团队，获得最多的是这个产品 – MicroGroup，但是创始人小问同学今年初三，学校死活不肯十一让他来上海（哎，现在的孩子真悲催。。。），所以，他和他的团队只能放弃这次机会。

Just like other boys, I quite like play with electronic products when I was a kid. Now I still always go to the 2nd-hand electronic products market to dig out something interesting. The feeling when I came there is very different, it just like I back to my “mother” country. That place belongs to me. The people there are very easy to find some common topic and regularly I could make friends with 1-2 guy every time I come.
I am always fond of joining some small technical meetup in Shanghai. Maybe we had 5-6 people come and the venue was a very nice coffee shop. 1-2 guy shared their knowledge about some new staff they were playing with on that moment and the other people we listened, asked questions and gave suggestions. However, unfortunately, I always found some boys and girls who were in relationship and kissed around us. That is not a big problem but made me a little bit uncomfortable. If , there will be a place for all of the geeks to meetup and share what they were currently playing with, that should be so fantastic!! I should get tired of join one group and then another. I will never feel any problem to approach them as I think we are the same.
+ Full谈到投资人，我想这个是工程师圈内永恒的话题。特别是很多想做出一些伟大产品的工程师们。
下面是我发现工程师和投资人之间的一些矛盾。GuruDigger也会努力帮助所有工程师，做出自己的产品，并且健康的发展。
1. 期望通过一个idea或者一份商业计划书来得到投资。
通过一个idea或者一份商业计划书拿到千万美金的融资情况是有的。但是如果你不是X开复，或者Google的高级管理人员，请别花太多的时间在这条路上面。更加不要因为你觉得你的idea有多棒，然后将来可以赚多少百亿个美金，但是因为投资人不理你，而去埋怨别人。道理很简单，你是一个工程师，你自己觉得这个idea多么的棒，那你为什么不能够先把她给做出来？你可能没有运营，推广以及其他方面的能力以及资源，但是做项目或者产品，不是你的工作吗？你连实现自己的idea的动力都没有，我怎么相信你？
